Welcome to PrintableBlankMaps (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operating at https://printableblankmaps.com. By accessing our interactive cartographic map studio, downloading printable PDF/PNG/SVG files, or purchasing a Pro upgrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Digital Products & Services

PrintableBlankMaps provides an interactive browser-based cartographic generator that allows teachers, students, homeschoolers, and designers to customize and export printable blank maps, labeled country/state worksheets, and numbered geography quizzes.

• Free Classroom & Personal Edition: Includes 150 DPI PDF and standard PNG downloads with a subtle footer attribution for personal study and classroom handouts.
• Single Map Print & Vector Pack ($2.99 one-time): Unlocks 300 DPI watermark-free print-ready PDF, editable vector SVG, 4K PNG, and 2-page Numbered Quiz + Teacher Answer Key exports.
• Complete 60+ Printable Atlas & Teacher Bundle ($9.99 one-time): Provides lifetime browser activation and license key access to all current and future regions, map templates, 300 DPI PDFs, and editable SVG vectors.

3. License Grant & Permitted Uses

Upon downloading or purchasing maps from PrintableBlankMaps, you are granted a non-exclusive license under the following terms:

• Free Tier License: Permitted for personal use, homeschooling, and non-commercial K–12 or university classroom worksheet distribution, provided the footer attribution remains intact.
• Pro Commercial & Classroom License: Permitted for unlimited classroom printing, school-wide worksheet reproduction, commercial textbooks, client design projects, presentations, videos, and physical/digital educational publications.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw unmodified SVG/PDF map templates on stock asset marketplaces or competing printable map generator websites as standalone digital map files.

4. Payments, Taxes & Merchant of Record

All paid orders on PrintableBlankMaps are one-time digital purchases with no recurring subscription fees. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io). Creem handles payment processing, billing inquiries, and applicable global sales tax / VAT / GST compliance.

Immediately after completing checkout, your browser is redirected to unlock Pro export features automatically, and a purchase receipt containing your license key is delivered to your email address.

6. Cartographic Data & Intellectual Property

Underlying geographic boundary vectors are derived from public domain cartographic sources including Natural Earth and the US Census Bureau TIGER/Line shapefiles. The custom software interface, worksheet layout engine, curated quiz numbering systems, and visual themes of PrintableBlankMaps are protected by copyright laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our cartographic representations are designed for educational, classroom, and design reference purposes and are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall PrintableBlankMaps be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the total amount paid by you for the product.
